The Häfele mortise lock for fire and smoke protection doors is a reliable solution for doors where safety, functionality and a high-quality finish are required. The mortise lock is suitable for fire and smoke protection doors as well as for revolving doors and, thanks to the reversible latch, can be used flexibly for DIN left and DIN right.
The faceplate is 24 mm wide, rounded and finished in matt stainless steel. For a durable and robust construction, the faceplate, latch and bolt are made of stainless steel, while the lock case is made of sturdy steel. The supplied strike box is made of plastic and provides a suitable complement to the lock design.
The Häfele mortise lock is supplied as a version with strike plate and strike box and enables professional installation on suitable fire and smoke protection doors. The design is certified according to EN 12209:2003 and thus meets the requirements for mechanical locks for doors. Thanks to the high-quality choice of materials and the flexible DIN conversion, the mortise lock is particularly suitable for professional use in door construction and in security-relevant door systems.
