Delivery Time

Precise information on delivery times can be found on the individual product pages. Deliveries abroad (outside the EU) generally take no longer than seven working days. The shipping period begins after receipt of payment. For prepayment, the next working day after receipt of payment applies; for purchase on invoice, the next working day after the order. With express shipping you will receive your order on average within 2 working days.

Packaging and Environment

A large part of our parcels are over-packaged in a neutral shipping carton for better protection – unless the manufacturer's packaging is already suitable for shipping. For environmental reasons we exclusively use recycled paper padding for transport-safe cushioning. In addition, we reuse functional old packaging and padding materials (paper, foils, etc.) from our upstream suppliers. This way we together make a valuable contribution to environmental protection.

Packaging and Transport Damage

We always ship in sturdy cardboard packaging. Should your delivery arrive with external damage, please note this directly on the delivery note of the parcel service, e.g. with "Packaging damaged – accepted with reservation". Only in this way can we assert damage claims against the carrier. If it is already apparent at the time of handover that the goods are also damaged, please do not accept the parcel and note: "Packaging and goods damaged – parcel not accepted".

In any case, inform us immediately by email or telephone so that we can jointly agree on the next steps.
