The Gedotec brush seal FLEX-DOWN is a high-quality and flexible sealing solution for reliable sealing of doors, gates and various gap areas. Thanks to its dense, single-row brush trim, the sealing brush is ideal for reducing draughts, dust and dirt. The combination of high-quality plastic bristles and a flexible plastic carrier enables versatile applications in interior finishing, furniture construction and individual sealing projects.
The FLEX-DOWN brush seal was specially developed for screw-on installation and can be attached to the underside of suitable doors, profiles or other components. The dense, single-row trim made of plastic bristles forms a flexible seal that can adapt to minor unevenness in the adjacent surface. This allows gaps and spaces to be effectively covered without unnecessarily restricting the mobility of the respective components. The brush seal is available with a brush height of 15 to 30 mm and is therefore suitable for different gap sizes.
The flexible plastic carrier is particularly practical, as it allows adaptation to different installation routes. In contrast to rigid brush profiles, the flexible brush strip can also be used in a versatile way in suitable structural conditions. Installation is carried out by screwing it to the underside of the respective component using suitable fixing screws.
