The Gedotec pivot hinge with round plate and curved guide is a robust and functional hardware solution for pivot-mounted furniture and door constructions. Made of sturdy steel with a galvanized surface, the pivot hinge is ideal for furniture making, interior construction, and custom designs with a special pivot bearing.
The pivot hinge consists of an elongated mounting bracket with an eccentrically positioned pivot pin and a round guide plate with curved slots. The special S-shaped guide allows flexible positioning and adjustment of the components during installation. Several pre-drilled mounting holes ensure easy screwing to the intended furniture and construction parts.
Thanks to the eccentrically positioned pivot pin, the pivot fitting enables a rotational movement around an offset axis. In contrast to conventional furniture hinges, this design offers an alternative pivot bearing that can be used especially for special swing mechanisms and individually manufactured furniture constructions. The round mounting plate with curved guide makes it easier to adjust the installation position.
