The TIOMOS cup hinge from Grass is the ideal solution for wooden doors on cabinets with internal or pull-out shelves. As a corner hinge with a straight cranking, it enables zero inset and thus creates valuable space for pull-outs behind the furniture door. The large opening angle of 155° also ensures comfortable access to the cabinet interior.
The furniture hinge impresses with its shallow cup depth of only 10 mm and is suitable for a cup drilling of 35 mm diameter. The drilling pattern is 42/11. Thanks to the option of an all-round mitre stop, the hinge can be used in a versatile way for high-quality furniture constructions.
For precise installation and optimal alignment, the Grass TIOMOS offers extensive adjustment options. Side adjustment is possible by ±2 mm, height adjustment by ±2.5 mm and depth adjustment from -2 to +3 mm. The possible height adjustment may vary depending on the mounting plate used.
The cup is fastened by screwing. The cup is made of robust zinc die-cast, while the hinge arm is made of steel. The nickel-plated surface provides a high-quality appearance and a durable finish. Thanks to the practical clip-on technology, the door can be attached to the cabinet without tools.
