For convenient handling, the Häfele Metalla 50 A is equipped with a self-closing mechanism without damping. This reliably pulls the door into the closed position when closing. The mounting plate included in the scope of delivery can be easily slid on and enables practical installation on the furniture carcass.
The cup hinge with a cup diameter of 35 mm is inserted directly into the corresponding cup drilling of the wooden door. Fastening is carried out with Ø 3 mm chipboard screws, making the hinge suitable for classic screw mounting in furniture construction.
