The Häfele shower door hinge DT801 is a high-quality solution for the stable and precise mounting of shower doors to the wall. The straight shower door hinge is designed for glass thicknesses from 8 to 12 mm and is suitable for wall-to-glass connections in modern bathrooms. The graphite black, PVD-coated surface gives the hinge an elegant, contemporary look and ensures a durable finish.
The glass door hinge can be opened in both directions and is suitable for both DIN left and DIN right. A practical locking function holds the shower door securely in the open position. From an opening angle of about 85°, the closing function starts, so the door moves in a controlled way toward the closed position. The maximum opening angle is 90°.
The shower hinge made of brass is suitable for shower doors up to a height of 2,400 mm and a width of up to 800 mm. When using two door hinges, the load capacity is up to 45 kg. With a hinge size of 90 x 55 mm and a screw plate of 90 x 50 mm, the DT801 offers a compact and functional design for demanding shower applications.
Installation of the shower door hinge is done by screwing. A corresponding glass cut-out is required for installation. The shower door hinge is specially designed for glass-to-wall connections and is therefore ideal for frameless shower doors and modern shower enclosures.
