The Häfele EASYPLAN alignment fitting is the ideal solution for reliably aligning wooden doors and providing lasting protection against warping. Developed for hinged and sliding doors with a door leaf height of up to 2450 mm, the system ensures that even warped door leaves can be brought back into exact position. With a length of 1988 mm (dimension A), the fitting can be used flexibly in a wide variety of wooden panels from 16 mm thick and remains discreetly in the background: the grey cover rail made of robust plastic blends inconspicuously into the door, while the nickel-plated die-cast zinc cup guarantees long-lasting and stable functionality.
The EASYPLAN is made from high-quality materials, including a sturdy steel threaded rod, which is responsible for precise alignment. The fitting is mounted for embedding and screwing and can be easily adjusted via the upper cup, which can be fine-tuned using a pre-mounted hex nut and an SW8 open-end wrench. For optimum results, Häfele recommends using two alignment fittings per door leaf to ensure uniform stability. EASYPLAN is only suitable for wooden doors and should not be installed in hardwood. When used in combination with lacquered panels, please note that milling marks may be visible on the front.
