Häfele PLANOFIT alignment fitting for hinged and sliding doors up to 2400 mm
The PLANOFIT alignment fitting from Häfele is the ideal solution for reliably aligning door leaves and providing lasting protection against warping. Developed for use on wooden doors with a door leaf thickness of 16 mm or more, the fitting is suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications and can be used on both hinged and sliding doors. Even large door leaves up to a height of 2400 mm can be precisely adjusted with PLANOFIT, ensuring that gaps remain clean and the door continues to operate smoothly.
The alignment fitting is made of high-quality materials: the robust steel threaded rod ensures reliable stability, while the die-cast zinc pot and the cover elements made of durable plastic guarantee a clean, discreet appearance. Installation is carried out by embedding and screwing, which means that PLANOFIT is integrated securely and inconspicuously into the door leaf. Adjustment is easy using a hex nut, which can be precisely adjusted with a 10 mm open-end spanner. For optimum stability, Häfele recommends using two alignment fittings per door leaf.
PLANOFIT is not suitable for use in hardwood. When used in conjunction with lacquered panels, it should be noted that the necessary milling marks may be slightly visible on the front.
