The Grass mounting plate for Tiomos cup hinges is a robust and precise solution for the reliable fastening of furniture hinges. The mounting plate made of sturdy steel with a nickel-plated surface is ideally suited for use with Grass Tiomos cup hinges and enables secure and accurate installation in furniture construction.
Installation is convenient using clip technology, allowing the cup hinge to be connected to the mounting plate quickly and easily. The mounting plate is fastened with chipboard screws or Euro screws. The screw spacing is 32 mm, while the edge distance is 29 mm. The mounting plate is designed for a bore diameter of 3.50 mm.
For precise alignment of the furniture door gap, the Grass mounting plate offers height adjustment of ±2 mm via the integrated threaded worm. This makes it easy to compensate for minor installation deviations and optimally adjust the position of the furniture front.
