The integrated damping system ensures gentle and quiet closing of furniture doors, while the integrated self-closing mechanism supports convenient and secure door closure. Thanks to the proven Sensys technology, the cup hinge offers a durable and precise solution for kitchen, living room and office furniture.
The hinge is certified according to EN 15570 with quality classification Level 3 and impresses with its high load capacity in daily use. It is suitable for door thicknesses from 15 to 24 mm and allows an opening angle of 110°. The version for half overlay doors with an overlay dimension of 3 mm ensures a precise installation and a harmonious gap pattern.
Installation is simple by screw fixing with the TH 52 drilling pattern (52 x 5.5 mm). With a cup depth of 12.8 mm, the Hettich Sensys hinge can be integrated in a space-saving way. For optimal alignment of the furniture door, the hinge has an integrated overlay adjustment of +2 mm / -2 mm as well as a depth adjustment of +3 mm / -2 mm. Height adjustment is carried out conveniently via the matching mounting plate.
