The Hettich INTERMAT cup hinge for corner cabinet folding doors impresses with reliable function, high-quality workmanship and convenient adjustment options. The hinge is ideal for corner cabinet folding doors and provides precise guidance for furniture doors at an opening angle of 50° or 65°. The version without self-closing mechanism (INTERMAT 9930) enables targeted integration into individual furniture concepts.
The high-quality hinge is quality-tested to EN 15570 with Level 2 and is therefore designed for reliable use in furniture construction. It is suitable for door thicknesses from 15 to 21 mm and features a face frame overlay. Thanks to the TH drilling pattern with 52 x 5.5 mm and a shallow cup depth of 10.5 mm, the cup hinge can be installed in a space-saving manner. Mounting is convenient by screwing.
For easy and precise alignment of furniture doors, the Hettich INTERMAT hinge offers extensive adjustment options. The integrated diagonal adjustment allows an adjustment of +9.5 mm or -9.5 mm. In addition, the hinge features integrated overlay adjustment and depth adjustment, while height adjustment is conveniently carried out via the mounting plate. This makes it possible to align doors optimally and achieve an even gap pattern.
