The Hettich OPTIMAT special hinge is designed for door thicknesses from 13 mm and has a cup diameter of 35 mm as well as a cup depth of 11 mm. The integrated closing mechanism ensures comfortable and secure closing of furniture doors without additional effort. With a door overlay of at least 37 mm and a hinge arm that ends flush with the frame edge, the hinge enables a clean appearance and precise installation.
For optimal alignment of the door, the OPTIMAT hinge offers flexible adjustment options. The overlay adjustment can be set by + 1.5 mm or - 1.5 mm, while the height adjustment allows fine-tuning by + 2 mm or - 2 mm. The cup distance is 2.5 mm and supports precise installation of furniture doors. Made of high-quality nickel-plated steel, the special hinge impresses with stability, corrosion resistance and an attractive surface.
