The Hettich Sensys thick door hinge 8631i is the high-quality solution for furniture constructions with thicker fronts and impresses with reliable function, convenient installation and an elegant look in obsidian black. The hinge is suitable for furniture doors with a door thickness of 15 to 32 mm and, thanks to integrated damping and self-closing mechanism, offers particularly smooth and quiet closing of the door.
With an opening angle of 95°, the Sensys thick door hinge enables convenient access to the inside of the cabinet. The integrated damping ensures a high level of operating comfort and prevents the furniture door from slamming shut abruptly. The robust steel design meets the quality classification according to EN 15570, Level 2, and stands for durable and reliable furniture technology.
The Hettich hinge is designed for the specified stop with a dimension of B 12.5 mm and has a TH drilling pattern of 52 x 5.5 mm. Installation is simple and secure by screw fixing. Thanks to the integrated overlay adjustment of +2 mm / -2 mm and the integrated depth adjustment of +3 mm / -2 mm, the door can be aligned optimally. Height adjustment is carried out conveniently via the matching mounting plate.
