The thick door hinge is suitable for door thicknesses from 15 to 32 mm and allows an opening angle of 95°. It is designed for inset doors with an overlay of B -4 mm and, with its quality classification according to EN 15570, Level 2, meets high requirements for stability and load-bearing capacity. Installation is simple by screw fixing using the proven TH drilling pattern 52 x 5.5 mm. With a shallow cup depth of 12.8 mm, the hinge can be used flexibly in different furniture constructions.
For precise alignment of furniture doors, the Hettich Sensys thick door hinge offers practical adjustment options. The integrated overlay adjustment allows adjustment of +2 mm and -2 mm, while the depth adjustment offers a range from +3 mm to -2 mm. Height adjustment is carried out conveniently via the matching mounting plate. This makes it possible to align doors optimally and achieve an even gap pattern.
