The Hettich Sensys thin door hinge is the ideal solution for modern furniture with particularly thin doors from 10 mm thickness. This high-quality hinge impresses with its integrated damping and the proven soft-close mechanism of the Sensys 8646i series, which ensures gentle, quiet and comfortable closing of furniture doors.
With an opening angle of 110°, the thin door hinge offers a generous range of movement and is suitable for door thicknesses from 10 to 19 mm. The robust nickel-plated steel design meets the quality classification according to EN 15570, Level 3, and ensures reliable function as well as a long service life in daily use.
The hinge is designed for the specified stop with a B dimension of 12.5 mm and has a TH drilling pattern of 52 x 5.5 mm as well as a shallow cup depth of only 7.8 mm. Installation is convenient by screw fixing via the TH-52 system. For precise alignment of the furniture front, the integrated overlay adjustment of +2 mm to -2 mm and the integrated depth adjustment of +3 mm to -2 mm ensure accuracy. Height adjustment is carried out easily via the matching mounting plate.
