The Hettich Sensys thin door hinge is the ideal solution for modern furniture with particularly thin fronts and doors from a thickness of 10 mm. This high-quality hinge combines precise functionality with the proven comfort of Sensys technology and, thanks to integrated damping, ensures gentle and reliable closing of furniture doors. The integrated closing mechanism supports a secure closing process and ensures comfortable everyday use.
The thin door hinge is suitable for door thicknesses from 10 to 19 mm and offers a generous opening angle of 110°. With the half overlay design and a 3 mm overlay, it can be used flexibly in different furniture constructions. Made of robust steel with a nickel-plated surface, it offers long-lasting quality and an attractive appearance.
With a quality rating according to EN 15570, Level 3, the Sensys 8646i meets high requirements for load capacity and function. Installation is simple and secure by screw mounting with TH-52 drilling pattern (52 x 5.5 mm). The shallow cup depth of only 7.8 mm allows space-saving integration into thin doors and fronts.
For optimal alignment, the hinge has practical integrated adjustment options. The overlay adjustment can be set to +2 mm or -2 mm, while the depth adjustment allows adjustment of +3 mm and -2 mm. Height adjustment is conveniently carried out via the matching mounting plate, allowing the door position to be aligned precisely.
