The Hettich Sensys wide-angle hinge 8657i is the ideal solution for modern furniture constructions where a particularly large opening angle and comfortable closing are required. Thanks to the 165° opening angle, the hinge allows generous access to the cabinet interior and is especially suitable for applications with wide doors or adjacent internal pull-outs. The integrated damping ensures gentle and quiet closing of the furniture doors, while the proven self-closing mechanism guarantees reliable door pull-in.
The wide-angle hinge features zero projection, enabling optimal use of the available storage space. It is suitable for door thicknesses from 15 to 32 mm and is used for the present overlay with 12.5 mm overlay. The high-quality construction from steel and zinc die-cast in the elegant color obsidian black provides a durable, stable and visually appealing solution for demanding furniture projects.
For precise installation, the Sensys hinge is designed with the TH drilling pattern 52 x 5.5 mm and a cup depth of 11.6 mm. Mounting is conveniently done by screw fixing via TH 52. Thanks to the integrated overlay adjustment of +2 mm / -2 mm and the depth adjustment of +3 mm / -2 mm, the door can be aligned optimally. Height adjustment is carried out easily via the matching mounting plate, enabling exact adjustment and a perfect gap pattern.
