The Hettich DrillJig VB drilling jig is the ideal solution for precise and secure installation of connecting fittings in custom-made pieces, special furniture and individual carpentry projects. With this high-quality drilling jig, exact, square and tear-out-free drill holes can be made, ensuring furniture connections are produced accurately and reliably. Thanks to the carbide-tipped drill bits, the drilling jig impresses with a long service life and precise drilling results. Even with interrupted drill holes, the drill bit is reliably prevented from wandering. This ensures maximum accuracy and reduces waste and rework. The DrillJig VB works according to the proven System 32 with 5 mm diameter holes, a 32 mm hole spacing and a 37 mm distance to the front edge. This makes it ideal for furniture and interior fitting as well as for retrofitting construction shelves.

The drilling jig is designed for wood thicknesses of 16 and 19 mm and is used together with a standard hand drill or cordless screwdriver. It enables professional machining of numerous Hettich connecting fittings, including the eccentric connecting fittings VB 35, VB 35M, VB 36 and VB 36M, the connecting fitting VB 135, as well as the shelf connectors VB 54 in the 16, 19 and 23 E Toolex versions. This makes the DrillJig VB a versatile tool for professional furniture construction and precise custom solutions.

The scope of delivery includes a drilling body for VB machining, a drilling body for dowel holes, a pre-mounted 10 mm drill bit and a pre-mounted 20 mm drill bit for the connecting fittings VB 35, VB 35M, VB 36, VB 36M and VB 135. The set is completed by a matching hex drive, so all important components are ready for immediate use.
