Get the reliable strip seal from REHAU, specially developed for shower doors with a glass thickness of 4 - 5 mm. This high-quality plastic sealing profile is ideal for sealing frameless showers, framed showers, bathtub screens or other sanitary partition walls. It provides effective sealing both between glass and wall and between two glass panes, especially in the hinge area.
The REHAU shower seal is distinguished by its unique crystal-clear design, achieved through the use of the high-quality RAU-PVC1107 formulation in combination with an optimally designed tool. This enables excellent transparency and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
To improve sliding performance on glass and adjacent components, the strip seal features structured soft PVC sealing lips. These not only ensure smooth movement, but also effectively protect against mould growth, which guarantees the durability of the sealing profile.
Another advantage of this shower door seal is its high UV resistance. REHAU tests the seal extensively with the XENON TEST 1200, cycle 102/18, winding run, to ensure that it can withstand demanding requirements. Even with long-term exposure to sunlight, the seal retains its quality and colour.
Installation of this seal is very simple. It is simply pushed onto the door leaf and provides reliable sealing in the vertical area between two glass elements. It is also ideal as a spare part for Palme showers in the Drive XT, Cenit 0.11, Viteo, Piana X-Free (folding doors) and Top Drive (folding doors) series, as well as for various Artweger showers.
